of the Union of Christian Universities of the Caribbean (UNICUC) which works to make
gender equality a reality within the Caribbean and beyond. To do this, it carries out
research, provides data and defines good practices for equality between men and women,
By carrying out studies and collecting statistics on gender equality in the Caribbean and Haiti,
By monitoring how Caribbean countries meet their regional and international commitments to gender
equality — the Beijing Agenda for Action,
By fighting violence against women and coordinating the Caribbean White Ribbon Campaign to involve men in this cause;
By sharing knowledge and resources online and supporting Union of Christian Universities of the Caribbean (UNICUC)
